To preserve and exhibit the biological specimens, the PG & Research Centre of Zoology maintains an animal museum in the UG laboratory. Invertebrate specimens from all the phyla, chordate specimens from all the classes and endoskeleton specimens of all the higher vertebrates are preserved and exhibited here.
