Photocopies of the following should be enclosed along with the filled in Application form Submitted:

• The Qualifying Examination Mark Sheet
• Community Certificate
• Certificate of proof when admission is sought under some special Quota
• Transfer Certificate
• Eligibility certificate for students from other States / Universities.
• Certificate of Proof for differently Abled / sports / NCC / Ex-serviceman etc.
• Baptism Certificate for Roman Catholics.

The filled-in application form for all UG courses, along with the required enclosures should reach the College Office.

IN PERSON: Submit your application at the Administrative Block, Jayaraj Annapackiam College and collect your acknowledgement card.
